Delivery and Returns

Delivery

  • Our delivery prices start from £1.35 to the UK, with complimentary delivery on all orders of £100 or more.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. We do reserve the right to a longer dispatch time as and when circumstances dictate, however this is unusual. We want to get your gorgeous goodies to you as quickly as possible, so we work hard to ensure this happens.
  • Our main shipping method is Royal Mail. You will be able to choose between 1st or 2nd class at the checkout.
  • Royal Mail's delivery time is usually 1 working day from dispatch for 1st class, and 2-3 working days from dispatch for 2nd class.
  • If your order is urgent please contact us and we will do everything we can to prioritise it for you.
  • We do not increase our delivery prices for Northern Ireland or remote areas of the UK.
  • There are some exceptional circumstances where we may have to use a different courier, and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.
  • Delivery outside of the UK – we will soon be offering delivery to some additional countries within the EU mainland, if you do not see your chosen country as a delivery option, please contact us. International deliveries will be sent by courier, chosen by us at the time of booking.

Returns

  • We are happy to accept returns and/or exchanges on all products.
  • We want you to be delighted with your Sparkle Town order. If anything is less then perfect, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
  • Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your items to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide you with the correct address to return the items to.
  • You will then have 30 days from the date of receipt of your items to return them to us for a full refund.
  • You are responsible for the return postage costs, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
  • Items must be returned to us ‘as new’ and in a saleable condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
  • We aim to process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving your returned goods.
